There may be some event specific information you would like other team members to be aware of before the event. Or something occurred on the day of the event that you would like stored against the event for future reference.

You can add these notes directly into the event by selecting the event, scrolling down the page and selecting the pencil icon on the Notes widget on the right of the screen.

Once in edit mode type directly into this Notes area and select save to have this stored and visible for all other users to view.
