Once you have created your Recommendation Form, you can trigger the recommendation form to be sent to a user upon a form completion.
Navigate to the form you wish to add a recommendation and select Edit Form. Once in the form editor, you can add a field to collect the recommender details. You'll notice there will be an option to add Recommender details.
Add the field and click into the field to edit, you'll be able to edit:
Title - The title of the field that will display to parents
Description - A short description to give the field some context
Items minimum required - Allows you to set the minimum number of recommendations you require.
Items max required - Allows you to set the max number of recommendations you require.

Choose what recommendation form to send - Here you choose the form that is sent to the recommender upon completion of the application.
Required - Is the field required.
Once you Save and publish your changes, and whenever an application is submitted, a recommendation will be sent out to the email address defined by the parent.
