A hyperlink is generally the best way to get a PDF document to display on your website ready for download. To create this, add the required text to the page in a body block. You'll then want to highlight the words you want to add the hyperlink to, then click the 'link' icon:

This will open the 'link' modal where you can add the url of the pdf, or you can upload a new pdf as an asset to your website:

Click ok, and you will now see the test is highlighted in blue, indicating it is a link:
