I scheduled my eduAPP Notice, why wasn't it published?

If you have scheduled your Notice and it hasn't appeared on your eduAPP, regardless of the date and time you selected having passed, it may still be saved as a draft. 

The most common reason that Notices don't get published at their scheduled time is because when they're worked on over time as drafts, and then a scheduled date and time is set, it can be easy to forget to click the 'Publish now' button instead of the 'Save draft' button. 

If your Notice hasn't been published, double check the date and time and whether 'Publish now' has been selected. If it has and your Notice still hasn't published, contact Digistorm Support. on
