There is a problem with my Digistorm App. How do I provide Digistorm Support with the correct details?

Digistorm has a little trick within your App to help us to de-bug your app when there's an issue. 

Visit the 'About Digistorm' page within your App and tap the Digistorm logo 8 times in quick succession.


You'll be presented with a page presenting your device and app details.



At the bottom is a button with the option to 'SEND TO DEVELOPER', please tap this.



Once you've done this, details of the issue you're experience will be sent to the Digistorm development team for review.
