Why is my Funnel to TASS export failing?

When an export between your Funnel and TASS systems fails, you'll see a red 'failed' field at the top-right of your screen for the failed lead. Clicking this notice will produce a list of failed/successful exports. If you click on failed within this list, you'll see a window pop-up, providing additional information about why the export failed. 

For example, you might see "Preferred Name is Required." This means that information about the lead's preferred name is missing and therefore needs to be added in order to successfully export the lead into TASS.
