Unable to process online application fees

To process enrolment application fees online, all Enrol platforms are set up with a two-year Payway certificate. Once a Payway certificate expires, all attempted payments will fail – the most common cause for issues when processing application fees.

If this occurs, please contact your school's financial institution to request a new Payway certificate and provide a copy to Digistorm Support. We will then be able to update this within your Enrol platform and ensure everything is back up and running.
