What is the Enrolments Comparison report used for?
The Enrolment comparison report can display the contrast in the Leads who have moved to your Closed Won stage during a set time period and compared to the previous period.
How to setup the Enrolments Comparison report
If you need assistance in creating a Funnel report, follow the steps from our article: Learn about Funnel reports
To start this report, first set the date range and the frequency of interest, for example per week or month.
The range is based on when the lead was moved to your school's "Won" pipeline stage.
The graph can be displayed as a bar or line graph by selecting your chart type. You can also set the data to be cumulative; adding figures together to show your progressive numbers throughout the year, month on month etc.

Optional - Conditions for data series - filters
Add filters to the conditions for additional insights. For example, by adding an Event filter, you can narrow down the results to see how many enrolments you have won who also attended one of your School events.
You could also add a "year level" filter to compare won enrolments for chosen year levels for 2 periods.

Interpreting the data
The interpretation will depend on your Chart type, range and frequency selected.
If the cumulative toggle is on, you can see over time the total number of leads that have moved to "Won" during the set range.
Leave the "Cumulative" toggled off if you want to compare specific periods in time (set by the Range and frequency).
This can highlight peaks in Leads moving to Won.
Choose to see your data as a Line or Bar graph.
You can also, easily highlight one of the 2 sets of data results by using the Range filter under the graph.
Look at the "Y" axis for the number of Enrolments Won.
The "X" axis will break it up by your set frequency.
More information on the Leads counted
Under the graph, a table will represent the same data.
You can either click on the numbers in the table or the data points in the graph to break down the list of leads counted against this data point.
You will get important details about the Leads, for example, their Year of Entry and Year Level.
Hit the word "back" to return to your report.
Handy tips
If adding filters, make sure you compare apples with apples by adding the same filters to both comparison data sets.
Rename your report for easy comprehension.
Remember that the Date range is based on when the lead was moved to your Closed won stage.
