The notifications menu includes a record of anything that has been "pushed" to the device.

This gives a quick overview of the most important items for a user.

Content from all integrations enabled on the app is included in this menu, the exact content and design will depend on the details available.

Our Content Management System

Any notices, events or newsletters for which the device has received a push notification will be shown in the notification menu.

These notifications include the ability to view the linked notice, event or newsletter.

Schoolbox

This menu will include content from the "messages" sidebar in Schoolbox. This may include content that was not sent as a push notification.

TASS Parent Lounge

This menu will include content from the "alerts" in the top right of TASS Parent Lounge. This may include content which was not sent as a push notification and will function for customers who can not use push notifications from TASS Parent Lounge.

All Other integrations

This menu will show a history of push notifications the device has received from our integration partners. When pressed the items will support the same action as a push notification on the lock screen. We are actively working with our integration partners to improve the interactivity of these notifications.

Notifications menu

Notifications will show in bold when the message is unread and will change to a lighter text colour when it has been read.
