Will users be promoted to allow push notification again?
Answer
Yes. If a user skips the push notification permission during the App Tour, the app will ask them again after a week.
We are unable to present this prompt if they reject the push notification permission at a device / operating system level. In this case they will need to enable push notifications from the Settings app.
