You can now filter and run automation triggers by email templates. For example, when sending a "Letter of Offer" email, you can now filter or send an automation based on parents receiving this email.
From the leads table, you can filter by email templates by selecting Advanced Filters > Communications > (Your email template) > Any email
For an automation, if you want to create an automation based on the email template you can do this choosing the Contact received email trigger.
Once you have the trigger, you can select the Email template to run your automation.
Once you select your email template, you can run your automation actions accordingly.
