If your booking isn’t appearing, don’t worry it’s usually a quick fix! The most common reason is a setting called "Minimum Notice Required" in your booking settings.
What Does This Setting Do?
This setting makes sure schools have enough notice before a booking happens. By default, it’s set to 24 hours, which means bookings can’t be made less than 24 hours in advance.
What Does 24 Hours in Advance Mean?
If the minimum notice is set to 24 hours, it means a booking must be made at least one full day before the scheduled time. For example, if today is Monday at 10 AM, you wouldn't be able to book something for Monday at 3 PM you’d need to book for Tuesday at 10 AM or later.
How to Check & Adjust It:
Go to your Funnel settings.
Click on "Booking Types" in the left-hand menu.
Find the booking that didn’t show up.
Click on the three dots next to it.
Select "Manage Booking Type".
Look for "Minimum Notice Required" under the Timing section.
If it’s set to 24 hours, that means bookings must be made at least a day in advance. If needed, you can adjust this to allow shorter notice or longer.
