How to Subscribe to the Funnel Status Page

Subscribe to the Status Page to receive real-time updates on service interruptions or important notices affecting your Funnel instance

Option 1: Subscribe via the Status Page

  1. Go to the Status Page
    ​https://status.digistorm.com/

  2. Click “Subscribe to updates”
    Located in the top right-hand corner of the page.

  3. Enter your email address
    A pop-up box will appear—type in your email and click “Subscribe via email.”

  4. You're all set!
    You’ll now receive email notifications about any service downtime or updates related to Funnel.

Option 2: Subscribe from Within Funnel

  1. Open Funnel
    Log in to your Funnel account.

  2. Click the Chat Icon
    Located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

  3. Find the Status Indicator Box
    Scroll to the bottom of the expanded chat window to see the real-time operational status.

  4. Click the Status Indicator
    Then click “Subscribe.”

  5. Enter your email address
    Follow the same steps as above to complete your subscription.
