While Funnel doesn't integrate directly with the SAO (Standard Application Online) platform via API, we do offer a tool that lets you import data from an SAO CSV export.
Once the SAO integration has been set up and enabled by the Digistorm team, the import tool is available under: My Funnel > Settings > Data > SAO Import Tool
Here, you can upload your SAO CSV file to begin the import process.
Optional Settings
Allow Updating: If turned on, Funnel will update existing leads that match the SAO data. If off, only new leads will be created.
Try to Automatically Match Year Levels: Helps Funnel match SAO’s numeric grades (e.g.
10,12) to Funnel’s Year Level values (e.g.Year 10,Year 12).
