Updating an expired push notification certificate.

If your push notification certificate has expired – don't panic! The first thing you should do is check your Apple Developer Account for any outstanding T&Cs or License Agreements that need to be accepted.

Once you've completed this step, get in touch with Digistorm Support to request a new push notification certificate to be created.

If you are a Digistorm for Schoolbox app customer, on version 21 or higher of Schoolbox, you can refer to this article for further information on why push notifications might not be available for some users.
