Logging into an account with just a username and password is called single-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication (2FA), on the other hand, adds a second layer of security to an account log-in. We provide two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your Funnel account secure and can leverage your school’s existing security architecture to authenticate users based on the methods your school is already using.

From creating a centralised authentication point that combines multiple systems to enabling biometric solutions such as face recognition and touch ID on supported devices, we’ll work with your school to create the best user experience for your school.

For more information about two-factor authentication or if you require this to be reset, please get in touch with our friendly support team.
