It's important to note that archiving data in Funnel is not currently supported. To make sure that you're viewing data that's most important to you, it's best to take advantage of Funnel's dynamic lists.

When working in your Events module you'll notice over time that your tables will fill with data, so using the search, filters, and column reordering tools are important for saving time.

You can select the Date and Time column to see the most recent event, or select Status to group and order by Open or Past Event.

Within the Communications module, you can also utilise the Status column to group by Draft or Sent. Alternatively, use Send Time to see the most recent or oldest communications.
