You can send email communications to individual leads, whole lists, or event registrants directly from Funnel.

Selecting Individual leads:

From the leads list page you can search the table to find and select the checkbox alongside the relevant leads you would like to email. Once selected this will bring up the bulk action options including Email.

From the lead details page you can email this lead directly one to one by selecting Send email in the top right.

When creating an email this way the email name will automatically populate with the Leads Name as shown below.

Selecting Whole Lists:

To email a dynamic or static list, select the list and you will see the email button in the top right "Email List". This automatically selects all leads in the list you are in as recipients to your communication.

Once you have created a communication using this list it will display as linked as highlighted below.

Selecting Event Registrants:

To communicate pre or post event information send your email directly from the event. You can filter the registration list if required and then bulk select to activate the Send Email option. Remember emailing from the events module you will only see Event Template types.
