We have kept navigation easy for you, to help you get acquainted with the system fast.

You can navigate all of Funnel by using the top menu bar. The menu bar segments Funnel into the most important groups of functionality.

You can access the Dashboard by clicking on the Funnel logo in the top left.

You can view all your prospective students and lists by clicking on ‘Leads’

All your sent email reports, templates and a list of unsubscribed leads can be found under ‘Emails’

Viewing, creating and editing reports can be done via the ‘Reports’ tab.

Past and future events, as well as the ability to create events can be located under the ‘Events’ tab.

Viewing and editing form autoresponder emails can be done via the ‘Forms' tab.

You can view, create and edit automations via the ‘Automations’ tab.

Payments which have come in from an enrolment form can be viewed under the ‘Payments’ tab.

There is a ‘Quick-create’ button (look for the plus +) to the right of the search function in the menu bar, where you can quickly add new leads, tasks, reports, automations, events or start a new communication.

Next to the Quick-create button, there is the ‘Tasks’ tab for you to view tasks assigned to or by you.

You will then see the ‘Notifications’ icon, where you will get updates on pending tasks or students you have been assigned.

On the bottom left hand corner, under settings cog icon you will find ‘Settings’ and a button called ‘What’s New’, which will take you to our updates page so you can stay abreast of new developments we have deployed for you.
