If you manually recorded your event's attendance, you can also update this information directly in Funnel post-event.

If there was an issue with connectivity during an event, or you just prefer to manually record your event's attendance on the day of your event, you can easily do this within Funnel.

Start by running an event registration export on the day of your event to check people off as they arrive. Select export all at the top of the event registration table.

Post-event, you can select the relevant event in Funnel, from where you can manually update the event attendance for your registered groups.

You'll find a list that you can scroll to find the group name, or use the search function at the top of the table. Once you've found the relevant group, select the three more actions dots on the right of the group and select Mark if attended. If they were incorrectly marked as an attendee, you can also manually mark them as unattended.

If some of the registered group members did not actually attend the event, select the Manage Group option. From here you can mark individuals within the group by their attendance.

To do this, select the three more actions dots alongside the registrant names and select set as attended or not attended.

Remember:

  • The check-in time listed for these attendees will be automatically logged as the time they were checked in via Funnel. This cannot be changed.

  • You can Mark as Attended from midnight onwards on the day of the event.
