This Leads map report will visually represent where your leads are coming from based on the address information the primary guardian has provided as part of the enrolment process.

To learn about how to create a Funnel report, follow the quick steps here: Learn about Funnel reports

Like all reports, you can set the date range based on the lead creation date as well as any further conditions for your data for example with filters for the Pipeline Stage or Year of Entry.

Interpreting the data

You can zoom in and out of the map to see the areas and associated numbers in more detail. Alternatively, you can reference the suburb tables of the report to see numbers associated with the suburb.ย

Suburb leaderboard table

This table highlights the top results of where the majority of your leads are living.

If your range is set to comparison, this will also highlight if these numbers have been going up or down in the "Growth" column.

Growing and shrinking suburb tables

See your top growing and shrinking suburbs when you have set a comparison in your range.

More information on a specific suburb

All suburb names are clickable and will show you the list of leads who are making these counts.

Remember: This report can only include leads with suburbs associated with their Guardian. You may only capture the family address on the enrolment form so any leads coming through enquiry or event forms will not be included in this report if their address is not captured.
