Often a family will submit enquiries for multiple children.
Funnel displays each child as an individual Lead. They can have the same guardians / families and be connected to their siblings, however the child (lead) progresses through the enrolment funnel singularly.
When you send out communications from Funnel, a family with multiple leads will receive an email per child (lead).
For example, if you are sending a reminder email about completing an application form, the parent will receive a separate email for each child that has an incomplete application form.
The email usually contains a link to the form, pre filled with the lead data from Funnel:
Once the email is sent, this activity is recorded against the lead.
