When creating Funnel emails you need to ensure your images are a device-friendly size.

The image size limit is 2048 horizontal and 6000 vertical.

However our recommend size is approximately 800 - 900px horizontal, as that's what it'll be re-sized to to make it more device-friendly.

There are lots of free websites to help you resize your image if you don't have design software on your computer.
