When creating an email, you can send yourself a test email and/or preview the email with sample data.

Once you're happy with your email, to view sample data or send yourself a test email, first you'll need to save the email as a draft:

Next you need to select a recipient. The recipient needs to be set so the tokens can populate data - don't worry, the recipient won't get the email until you send it!

Once the recipients are selected, you'll see 'Show with sample data' toggle.

Toggle this on to see recipient data populate the tokens:

Note: You can view up to 10 samples by clicking the refresh button next to the toggle.

To send yourself a test email, click the 'send test' button at the top of the email:

You'll be prompted to input your email. The test email will show you exactly how the email will look for the parent/guardian.
