A lead may have closed or become lost in your Funnel pipeline, but there are certain scenarios where one of these types of leads will re-apply in the future.
For such scenarios, to reopen the lead, we suggest using an automation to change the lead stage.

By using an automation, when an application form is submitted and a particular lead has been in the closed or lost stage in the past, you can now change its intended stage.
If that form is submitted for a lead that has never been in the closed or lost stage, then the automation will end without any further action.
