If you need to download all files relevant to an application, follow these easy steps.
Navigate to the relevant lead details page, and then scroll to the Forms widget. Select the three more action dots alongside the application form. From these options, select Download all related files.
This will download a zip folder to your desktop.
The downloaded zip file includes the following documents:
PDF of completed application
All uploaded files
Receipt of form payment (if applicable)
If you don't need all the above listed files, you can download the individual uploaded files from the Files widget on the lead.
