Within the Leads module you can filter your data with just a couple of clicks.

Using the 'quick filter' options at the top of your leads table, you can select any of your grade level options or academic years to see those results on the table directly below.

You can build further filters by selecting from the other quick filter options, or selecting 'Advanced filter' to view more targeted leads.
