By default, all event forms are created with iCal information that will appear at the top of confirmation emails sent at time of registration. This will allow the parent to add the event to their personal calendar.

You can add some details to the event type that will show in the relevant iCal attachment. Navigate to the Events module, then select the information icon alongside the relevant event type.

Enter the details in the fields and select save.

Also shown in this modal is a link to subscribe to this event type calendar. You can copy this link into your own native calendar to see the event times appear as they are created in Funnel.
