If you need to cancel a booking you can navigate to the Bookings detail page, you can select the group and choose the three more action dots, select Cancel Booking.
You will be prompted to email the family when you select to Cancel their booking. Follow the prompts to cancel and send the notification email straight away or select to preview and amend the email before sending. You can also uncheck this box if you have already communicated this information to them another way.
Cancelled bookings will appear on the booking details page, under the date and time they had booked. The cancelled group will display a Cancelled status in the Details column.
