If circumstances change, families can use the automated email they received when making their booking to reschedule or cancel themselves.

If they choose to reschedule, they will be redirected to the booking form and prompted to choose a new time and date. This will update the bookings in your Funnel straight away so you will see the family in their new time slot within Funnel.

Alternatively, if they cancel, the booking will cancel and that time slot will become available for the next user to see and book into. Currently there is no notification triggered to the school when a time slot has been cancelled by a parent.

You can also reschedule the booking within Funnel on behalf of the family. From the bookings details page, select the three dot menu next to the group and choose Reschedule group.

A window will appear with the calendar to choose a different booking type, followed by the calendar. You have the option to send an email to the guardian or reschedule without emailing.
