When you create a booking type, you will be asked to configure the Location type. The two options are In person or Virtual.

When you choose Virtual you will be asked to add the meeting link or any additional information about your virtual event. It is best to keep this short and direct here so parents know exactly how to connect for the booking.

The virtual event details added here will appear on the booking confirmation email sent to the parent once they have finalised their booking. This gives them direct access from within their inbox to connect on the date and time of the virtual session.
