For some Event types, you might want attendees to only be able to register through an email invite.

You can do this by selecting to manage the Event type in the Event type settings, either using the three more action dots alongside the Event in the Events module or from Funnel settings.

If your Event type is private, the only way attendees can access the relevant registration form is via emailed invite. This will give the email recipient a unique single-use link they can use to register. Once used, the link will no longer be active.

Note: If you're an admin in your Funnel account, you'll be able to open the form link and view the form from within the Event as well, and other users won't have access or be able to see the link.

If the Event type is set to Public, the registration form and form link will be available for anyone to access and register, just like all other Funnel forms. You can copy the form link and use it on your website, socials, emails, etc.

You can learn how to view and edit your event emails in this article.
