We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your Funnel account secure, and can leverage your school’s existing security architecture to authenticate users based on the methods your school is already using.
You can set this up in no time by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Funnel account, and select Settings, as shown below:
Step 2: Along the top of the page, navigate to the My Funnel tab and scroll down to find the Security section.
Step 3: Click the Enable two-factor authentication button, which will open up an additional dialogue to scan a QR Code.
Step 4: Download the Google Authenticator app on your phone to complete this step.
Once the app has been downloaded, open it up and click the + button to 'Scan a QR code'.
Once you've scanned the QR code in the authenticator app, return to Funnel and enter the 6-digit pin that appears in the dialogue (as shown above) to verify, and then click Enable.
Step 5: You should now be able to follow the prompt that'll appear at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
When prompted for a new 2FA code upon login, please go back into the Google Authenticator app and copy the code under 'Digistorm Funnel'.
