Digistorm has a number of form types depending on the scenario at your school:

Booking form

Every Booking type within your Funnel has its own associated booking form. This form updates automatically when new time slots are made available or are booked.

Event form

Every event type in your Funnel account has its own form associated with it. This means that when creating an event in Funnel and selecting the relevant event type, you're telling the system which forms this event should be available on.

Basic form

Basic forms are lead-generation forms used primarily for capturing enquiry information for example, Request a Prospectus or General Enquiry. They are short forms and can be embedded on your school's website.

Enrol form

Enrol forms are defined by the way the user needs to request access to their form. They are multi-step forms and used mainly for Enrolment or Acceptance applications.
