A guardian isn't getting the signature request as an incorrect email was entered

Learn how to update the guardian email address and send a new request for signature

When the primary guardian enters the second guardian's email address, from time to time, you may find a typo is made or incorrect email address is entered.

In this scenario, you can update the email address on the guardian's profile and resend the signature request.

Firstly, navigate to the lead profile and click on the family tab. Click 'edit' on the relevant guardian:

Update the email and then 'save details'

Next, go back to the lead tab and scroll down to the Forms section.

Click the 'more actions' menu next to the submission requiring signatures, then 'view signatures':

Here, you will see the updated email address for the guardian and the option to resend the signature request:

A new signature request email will now be sent to the updated email address.
