Within the form editor tool, you have the ability to add a rating field to your Recommendation type form to allow you to capture a general evaluation on student behaviour and skills.
Access the form editor and click on the "Add field" button.
Select the "Rating field" option.
Configure the rating field options by setting:
Title: The title of the recommendation form.
Help text: Guidance text for users to provide the necessary information on the form.
Rows: The number of questions to rate on the form. You can increase or decrease the number of questions according to your needs.
Legend: The scoring system used for the rating. You can customise the naming and it should be ordered from lowest to highest.
After configuring the rating field, save and publish your changes to your form.
