Learn how to change the url of a webpage

The URL path to your webpage is located to the right hand side of the page. It's also called the 'slug.'


Understanding URLs

If a parent page is set, this will also be included in the page URL. The URL for the page below would be:
​ www.myschool.qld.edu.au/curriculum/junior-school
​


​
If no parent page is set, then the URL would be www.myschool.qld.edu.au/junior-school
​


Changing a page's URL

If you need to change the URL of the page, you can change the slug. However, be aware that the previous URL will be broken and the page will only be accessible via the new URL.
