The Digistorm / Wonde absentee form integration allows your absentee submissions to be directly written to Synergetic and other SIS platforms that are supported by Wonde.
How can your school take advantage of this?
Your Digistorm app will need an authentication integration that provides the Synergetic IDs of both parents and students.
For Schoolbox customers, this should be the External ID stored in Schoolbox. For other customers, there may be additional work required.

You may need to update some of the permissions Wonde has to your Synergetic database.

What data does Digistorm and Wonde write into Synergetic?
Using the “Will the child be,” “Is this for today only?” and “Is this an all-day absence?” fields, we will post the respective dates and times to Synergetic using the Synergetic codes for:

What do the Synergetic event types mean?
In Synergetic, we are flagging the Expected date and time of their arrival or departure from the school.
This is important as in Synergetic, the “expected” values will be overridden with “Actual In” and “Actual Out” values when the student is signed in and out of the school.
How will these appear in Synergetic?
