The Enrolment Funnel report allows you to show how many leads progress through the enrolment pipeline:
Purpose:
Shows how many leads progress through the enrolment pipeline, it is about the movement between stages. Think of this report like a waterfall of data.
Tips:
The numbers do not indicate leads currently in a pipeline stage, the numbers show the total leads that have moved through that stage (eg the first stage will show the total number of leads created in Funnel as every lead starts at first pipeline stage)
All leads are considered to start at the first stage of the pipeline and then move through every stage to get to the current stage they are in at the time of viewing the report:
Even if a lead was created by an Application Form it will be included in the first pipeline stage count.
Even if the lead did not complete a tour form or were moved manually into the tour stage they will be included in the count of every stage preceding their current stage.
This Report is not about a snapshot of where they are sitting it is about the movement between stages.
