What is the Leads Won and Lost report?

The Leads Won and Lost report will show the lead numbers closed and won compared to closed and lost over the time period specified.

To learn about how to create any Funnel report, follow the quick steps here: Learn about Funnel reports.

How to create a Leads won and lost report

To start this report, choose the date range and the frequency of interest - whether that be per week or month etc.

The range is based on when the lead was moved to the school's "Won" or "Lost" pipeline stage.

The graph can be displayed as a bar or line graph by selecting your chart type. โ€‹You can also set the data to be cumulative; adding monthly figures together to show your progressive numbers throughout the year or month on month etc.

Conditions for data series - filters

You may choose to apply Lead properties filters to your report. For example Year of Entry.

Renaming and saving

We recommend that you rename your report to be specific. For example "Leads won and lost for entry year 2028".

Don't forget to hit "save".

Interpreting the data

The interpretation will depend on your Chart type, range and frequency selected.

If the cumulative toggle is on, you can see over time the total of leads that have moved to "Lost" and "Won" during the set time range.

You can choose to visualise your data in a bar or line graph.

For a quick view of Won or Lost lead totals, click on the dot or word "Won/Lost" under the graph to unselect either Won or Lost leads.

Look at the "Y" axis for the number of Enrolments Won/Lost.

The "X" axis will break it up by your set frequency.

Leave "Cumulative" toggled off if you want to compare specific periods in time (set by the range and frequency).

This can highlight peaks in Leads moving to Won/Lost.

More information on the Leads counted

The table under the graph represents the same data.

You can either click on the numbers in the table or the data points in the graph to break down the list of leads counted against this data point.

You will get important details about the Leads, for example, the Entry Year and Year Level.ย

What if I can't see colours? Not a problem, we've got you covered ๐Ÿ‘.

Hover over the band/line in the graph to see which one is Won/Lost.
