The Latest Entries report in funnel will show the latest form entries recorded in the system.

To start this report, select the form from the dropdown:

The data can further be modified by setting conditions (such as year level or entry year). The fields displayed on the table are lead and guardian basic details along with the submission status, created and completed date.
