If negative numbers are shown in your Enrolment Planner report in the Position Available column, you may have overcommitted or have more interest for that year of Entry and Year level that you can offer.

Here's an example:

I have set my capacity for 2024 Prep to 25:

But for 2025 my Year 1 capacity is 20:

And my churn rate is set to 0%:

This will show on my Enrolment planner report for 2025 as overcommitted in the Position Available column as "-5" places available.
