Who can use this module? Parent, student and staff are able to access the directories module.
Within the Veracross Directories module of your Digistorm App, you'll find the following:
Student Directory: every entry within the directory is fundamentally a student.
Household Directory: every entry is a household, including adults and children.
Faculty/Staff Directory: every entry is a single person, faculty or staff.
Users can navigate through the directories using the tabs within the module.
Search
Within the directories module, you can search for records as follows:
For Students, this will search student names and parent names (your school app will try to sort student matches first).
For households this will match parent names and student names, the name should appear in the results.
For staff, searching will will match the staff name.
