Issue:

Parents may encounter a network error at the final step of the payment process. This happens because the payment gateway requires a secure network to process the payment.

The image below shows the common network error message that appears when a payment fails due to an insecure connection.

Steps to Resolve:

  • If parents are using a work, school, library, VPN, or shared network, the payment may fail due to security restrictions.

  • Ask them to switch to their home network or mobile data and try again.

Next Steps:

If the issue persists after completing this step, please reach out to support for further assistance.
