✏️ Option 1: Basic Form (Great for simple scholarship applications)

Choose this if your form is:

  • Short and easy to complete

  • Only needs a few document uploads

  • Doesn’t require payment

  • Needs no signature or just one

Benefits:

📄 Option 2: Enrol Type Form (Best for detailed or multi-step applications)

Choose this if your form:

  • Is long or needs to be completed in stages (includes a “save and resume” feature)

  • Requires payment

  • Needs multiple guardian signatures

  • Would benefit from a branded Welcome Page with a custom image and contact info

Benefits:

  • We build the form for you and then you manage the ongoing changes

  • Includes quality checks

  • You get to review and test it before it goes live

💡 Note: Depending on your Funnel plan, this option may have an extra cost if you’ve reached your Enrol Type form limit. Your Customer Success Manager can confirm this and let you know the current lead time.

🛠️ Important Setup Tip

Create a separate Scholarship Year and Entry Year
This prevents your scholarship form from overriding enrolment year levels or data.

👉 Please reach out to our support team to have these new fields added with the correct details you need only if you are creating a basic form. These will be created for you if building an Enrol type form.

🔁 What Happens After Submission?

  • Submissions create new leads or update existing ones

  • Email notification to the person managing the scholarships

  • You can filter leads who submitted both an Enrolment and a Scholarship form

📅 Closing the Form

When your scholarship period ends, you can unpublish the form. A custom message will appear, like:

“Scholarships are only open from March 1 to May 31.”
