There are a number of automated emails that guardians will receive throughout their Enrolment form experience. Each template can be edited via the forms module:

You will see each template listed on the left-hand side. Each template can be edited with custom content.

Reminder to complete the form

If you need to nudge families along, a reminder email can be sent within a custom timeframe. We recommend setting this email to be triggered after 7 days of inactivity on the form. By doing this, the family will automatically receive a reminder email, asking them to continue filling out the form.

Request access to start

When completing a Funnel online enrolment form, the guardian enters their name and email address in order to receive an immediate verification email. This email provides them with everything they need to start filling out the form.

Request access to continue

Upon starting the form, the guardian will receive an email with a link to access their form should they choose to leave it at any stage before completion. This link allows them to pick up where they left off, storing any previously provided information.

This template is also used if you 'Send access link to guardian who started the form' via the form submission on the lead profile:

First submit confirmation

When the form is completed by the first parent/guardian, they will receive a completion email and confirmation that the second guardian signature request has been sent.

Request to sign

If you are using the multi-signature field on your form, the second guardian added to the enrolment form will get an automated email requesting their signature.

Request to sign reminder

If you are using the multi signature field on your form, the second guardian added to the enrolment form will get an automated email requesting their signature. If the guardian does not sign within 7 days, they will get a reminder.

All parties completed the form

Finally, the last automated email is the completion email. This email notifies the user that they've successfully submitted their application and includes a PDF copy of the form and receipts for any payments that have been made.

Remember, if a guardian is marked as 'do not contact' on the form, they will not receive any emails.
