Within your Funnel forms module, you can filter to find submissions that are missing information by selecting from two options: incomplete and incomplete valid.

Incomplete: Any forms that contain incomplete mandatory fields.

Incomplete valid: All mandatory fields have been completed in the form, it is just the required payment missing from the submission or on forms that do not take payment, the final submit button has not been clicked.

To access these options, go to the forms module, then select Advanced Filter. Search for Status to view the form status options and select to filter your submissions.

Tip: Once the mandatory fields are completed and payment is made, the form status will be automatically updated to Complete.
