If your export is failing in Funnel, follow these simple steps to find the cause of the failure.
Step 1. Click 'Export Failed' in the right hand corner of the screen
Step 2. On the drop down, click the most recent failed alert:
Step 3. On the pop-up, expand the 'error' content:
Step 4. Here you will see more information about the error. In this example with a TASS integration, the export has failed as the student gender is missing on the lead profile in Funnel.
