At the completion of an enrolment form, a parent or guardian can provide the signatures listed on the form, or be notified via email of the signatures required.

This option will appear via a dropdown per the listed parent or guardian. The options are Sign now or Send link to sign.

When the Send link to sign option is selected, the guardian who has signed will be able to complete the form and make the payment. They'll also receive an automated email letting them know the application has been submitted, but that the signature of the other listed guardian is still pending.

The guardian who was listed as Send link to sign will receive a 'read only' version of the form for them to view and select to sign.

The form will be listed as 'Pending signatures' in the parent portal area, for their reference.

It'll also be displayed in Funnel on the lead details page that the form is 'pending actions'.

An automated system reminder email will be triggered if the guardian has not signed after 7 days of the original request email being sent to them. This timeframe can be adjusted by submitting a request to our support team.
