Resend enrolment form reminders and confirmation emails

Trigger reminder and confirmation emails to form users who've misplaced the information.

When a form user requests a copy of their completed enrolment form information, or their form access email, you can trigger this action from within Funnel.

To do this, find and select the relevant lead, and then scroll to the Forms widget and find the form listed. If the form status is 'Pending' or 'Incomplete' you'll see the option to resend the access email when you select the 'more actions' dots.

This will trigger a communication to be sent to the email address originally used to start the form, which includes the access link which the user can use to continue the form.

This email will be sent using the 'Request access to continue' template that is already used for your form automated emails.

If the form status is 'Complete,' you'll have the option to resend the confirmation email to the parent/guardians listed on the form.

This email will be sent using the 'Enrolment Complete' template that is already used for your form automated emails.

Automatic Reminder Emails

By default, Funnel sends an automatic reminder to the person who started the form if it hasn’t been completed within 7 days. This includes any pending signatures after the primary guardian has completed the initial steps of the form.

If you need additional automatic reminders, these will need to be sent manually by the school.

If you prefer to disable this automatic reminder and send manual reminders instead, please contact Digistorm Support to update your settings.
